Project Management

Project Consultancy
TSP offer a wide range of tailored consultancy services which can be adapted specifically to your needs and requirements for each project. These professional skills can be engaged at specific stages in the project or development process usually as a review or study of the project or task without the need for the client to commit fully to the project.

Construction Management

For projects of a larger and more complex nature, construction management can offer a real alternative to the more traditional forms of contract. In this situation, the construction contract is broken down into packages managed under the direct control of TSP, as construction manager. Each package is tendered to specialists who are then contracted directly with the client.

This form of procurement often leads to improvements in efficiency and productivity resulting in cost and time savings which are passed directly onto the client.

Program Management

Our program management service extends from our project management expertise across a number of projects and across the Asia Pacific region. Example commissions would include expansion and reimaging programs, or corporations with large property and project portfolios.

Here we take an executive and strategic role, often as an extension to the clients 'in-house' management or real estate team to manage a number of projects. In addition to our strategic role, we provide more traditional project management services on each of the multiple projects in the program.

Tenancy Co-ordination

Our staff have many years of experience delivering major retail developments. We specialize in expediting the opening of new stores. We manage and monitor the delivery to ensure target opening dates are met.

Our clients request our assistance from the early planning stages through to developing strategic processes and procedures to ensure effective delivery of malls and ongoing store turnovers. We understand both the objectives and the challenges associated with successful on-time delivery.

We also develop mass store opening strategies and prepare detailed recommendations for the implementation of cost savings and productivity measures.

These are highly complex projects involving any number of local and international organizations, consultants, designers and contractors. We assist in identifying and mitigating potential risks presented by coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
